Yes, I like it. Sadly the author seems to have abandoned it and it is not quite finished with some of the control characters being displayed instead of whatever the control character was supposed to do. eg,
1.4 MS-DOS does not allow W(C`+(C' characters in file names, so on MS-DOS this program is named -1CXXFILT0 Where the + sign I guess was supposed to be hi-lighted or similar as well as something done displaying the CXXFILT0 part.
Still it uses utf8 unlike our vio window and is readable.
BTW, your termcap probably dates back to the EMX days where you did need it for various things including less
