[Martin Iturbide]

Hello

I'm trying to find this file
- ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/os2_text_files/ar5.txt

If someone has a way to get it, please let me know.
Or if someone has a copy of all the directory it will be good put on archive.org.

Regards

Hi Martin,

If no joy from others, let me know and I can take it from my archive and put it somewhere for you (the complete ftp site)

[Martin Iturbide]

Thanks Ian

For the moment I have no joy finding those files.
If you can put it on your server I will appreciate it.

Hi Martin,

My copy of ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs  does not have a "os2_text_files" directory. I did a search for ar5.txt under my ftp.pc.ibm.com, and ftp.software.ibm.com mirrors with no hits

I'll check some older archives.

Hello

I found these references, just to say those existed, but no link to get them.

Hi Martin,

Gone back to an older mirror from 2008, it is missing the os2_text_files directory.
I have the same results when searching, the directory obviously existed as it is referenced at several other sites but no one seems to have a copy of it.
Wonder why it was removed?

If anyone else can find a copy, I would be interested in it...

You asked for an English translation of the page at https://ftpmirror.infania.net/sites/pccbbs/. Here's a translation of the introductory content:

Archive of the IBM PC Company BBS FTP Site

This is an archive of the IBM FTP server at ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs as it existed on December 13, 1999. Many thanks to Aron Eisenpress for making this available.

It has also been updated with contributions from RickE, curated by Kevin Bowling, including content from the mid-2000s.

This file archive is hosted by Infania Networks.
