Seems a hard drive died, to quote Adrian,

It looks like one of the disks is gone for good (raidz1 so 2 out of 3 should be fine), zfs snapshot integrity is fine according to the reports but it refuses to do anything that writes so that's why we are blocked at the moment.

I will need to send some data around before I can try again, just to be sure that I don't screw up anything productive.

Lucide on Hobbesarchive is an ancient version (1.5.1 beta 1 from june 2020). But Lucide is also included with ArcaOS.
