ANPM - package update error or system sreeze

I've got two time a system freeze and one time following error trying to update a specific package:
Any idea about this issue ?

I had this error, too, except that my error message was in English. I fixed it by installing both python and python 3

yum install python2.7 python3

I'm under AOS 5.1.1 and python 2.7 is installed.

I have python 2.7, 2.7.18-3 and python3, 3.9.21-1, might be from exp. I think they're tied together and need to be updated in sync.
Sometimes a package gets moved to rel without a dependency also being moved.
