Two things.
1)  The Dani drivers both need to be the latest (read the doc).
2)  Boot from the CD but go to a command line then copy the drivers over.  If that doesn't work you will need to run chkdsk <d> /f against the drive.

I am assuming the drivers are available on the CD, I don't have ecs.  Personally I have a CD made up with the latest drivers etc. just for solving the problem you have, two in fact, one a memory boot the other a floppy boot.

It is possible but you need to prevent winblows from attacking other partitions, therefore, install winblows first and eCS then. If you start with eCS then you get problems.

EXACT! :) Just like I said. I'm glad to see someone has the same opinion in that regard...

Oh, and that reminds me of another reason why I like AiR-Boot: Is has the ability of "hiding" partitions against each other ...at least during boot time. Meaning you can select which partitions are visible if a certain partition is used for bootup, e.g. XP boot cannot "see" OS/2 while OS/2 boot can see the XP partition etc.
