| As far as I know SciTech are working on to implement this kind of feature, but there is no date when it will be available and it might also depend on what gpu one has. |

Hi, Evgeniy, I don't know if this will be any help but you may wish to check my web page at: http://www.os2warplinks.com/main/drivers.htm for a driver on the web sites I have listed that specialize in drivers for OS/2 Warp. Also a thorough web search using the AllTheWeb, AltaVista, Eniro, Google, MSN, Teoma, and Yahoo search engines may be helpful. Good Luck !!

It is currently (and has been since the earliest betas) possible with snap.. as for accelerated support with your card.. that would be up to you to find out. |

Are you really sure that you're able to get proper widescreen support on a notebook that uses TFT-screen? Since on both nVidia and ATI I've haven't been able to define any custom resolution for the widescreen that the notebook has. |

Changes in 3.0.3 (build 471) In other words, custom modes, including widescreen modes, will now work.

| Version 2 SNAP (the real SNAP) does support 16:9 modes but I am not sure, whether it supports 16:10. Perhaps, with some specific video cards? In the other words, you will need version 3, not older than the one Evgeniy writes about. Download, try, and if it works, then register |

No laptop chips are currently supported. They are asking that anyone that has a license for Snap 3 with a widescreen laptop display to open a helpdesk ticket. I don't have widescreen but opened a ticket for getting 1400x1050 to display without pan and scan. Andy |

It was mentioned to send the graphic.log too. Where is this located? |

The graphic.log is to be found within c:\os2\drivers\snap\config |

Just filed a ticket for my Compaq Presario 3150US. In Windows, it uses a screen resolution of 1280x800, which is not one of the options listed by SNAP 3.03.

| Well, I also gave it a try with the file from SciTech on my Dell 8600 using ATI 9600 mobile chipset.... well, upside was that it actually init the entire screen, ie 1680x1050 pixels... but, no grahpics a totally wierd pattern. haha.. Well, a small step forward so looking forward for the next test. |
