1. Does anyone know where I can get either a VESA or Nvidia Riva TNT2 display driver for OS/2(Nvidia does not support OS/2 anymore and I don't know where I could get a VESA driver).
2. When I reboot my computer after installing OS/2, I get the following message(paraphrased):
code:

IBM Locked file driver is loaded_

then OS/2 does not load.

Hi

Which OS/2 version it is ? Warp 4.0 ? or Warp 4.52 ?

If you used Warp 4.0, did you patches the diskettes to have bigger HDD support?

1) About the video driver, my advice if you to try Scitech SNAP video driver. You can test the trial and if it works you can buy the non-expiring version.
http://www.scitechsoft.com/products/ent/snap_os2_content.html

Other Video drivers possible can be downloaded from hobbes.

2) About the error you are getting, Does it happens after you complete all the OS/2 installation, or on the first reboot that OS/2 mades when installing it shows this error (in other words, have you ever seen the OS/2 workplace ?)

Possible you can press Alt+F2 when OS/2 shows up at the left-top, and try to find on which file it crash.

This error message happens after I complete the full installation, boot into the workplace shell, then restart it after the system designates shutdown or Ctrl+Alt+Del after I press the shut down button.

It seems Scitech's SNAP driver isn't being sold on trial anymore - HTTP 404. I am hoping IBM's Nvidia video driver works...

Radek: I have sent the mail. Thanks for your help:)

You can get a "personal" edition of scitech snap which supports only 1 chipset (of your choice) from the scitech website.

Thanks Sebadoh, now that fixes that problem. I'll be sure to try the driver out after I can boot. I will follow up the the possible defective driver in a sec.

Okay, I've found the solution on a Usenet Archive, but it brings up another question - How the heck do I insert Ascii Code #26 onto the end of this file(^Z)?

The driver has been sent. You will need fp5 installed (the driver is GRADD). AFAIK, it should be the original nVidia driver for Riva video cards - I had Riva TNT2 Ultra in my machine for some time before and the driver run perfectly.
Run setup.cmd without parameters, it should tell you which parameters it wants.
