1. Can't get USB card reader to work

I have a 6in1 USB card reader, using CW-USB-Mass storage drivers. The USB resource Manager shows the device as mass storage device, Strings:
Manufacturer Name : Generic
Product Name : Mass Storage Device
Serial number : 9203111
Number of Configurations : 1
Interface 0
Alt Setting : 0
Name : <NONE>
Class : Storage Device
SubClass : SCSI transparent command set
Protocol : Bulk-Only Transport
Endpoints : 2
LVM say that Partition table in the six drives may be corrupt, and can't use that drives.
Refresh removeable media doesn't do anything.

Suggestions please...

Thanks.

Try the latest USBMSD, maybe it will help
http://hht2.org.ru/share/usbmsd.exe

(not sure if it will or not, but its worth a try.

Thanks, worked beter, but still can't see teh card contents.
LVM now show the drive, but can't create a volume.

Maybe the Protocol : Bulk-Only Transport has somethig to do in this.

I have a 6 in 1 generic USB card reader. What I have to do is unrem the following line in the config.sys

BASEDEV=USBMSD.ADD /floppies:0 /removables:1

I then save.

I stick the flash card in the reader, and reboot. You have to reboot with the flash card in the reader. Once you are back to the WPS desktop, then execute "Refresh Removable Media"

This works for me.
