A friend got me hooked on OS X with an old PowerMac G3 a few years ago. Since then I've gotten a 20" iMac G5 and most recently a MacBook. I decided to try out parallels and am posting this from Firefox running under eComStation 1.1 ![]() The performance is great - I've got a run from sysbench here if anybody is interested. I've played a few games of Gal Civ. Entreprenuer has problems though - no sound and locks up OS/2 when exiting the game. My emulator ports also have issues - they don't throttle correctly. If I find my VAC++ disks I'll have to see if I can't fix that. SpiceWare - We don't do Windows, it's too much of a chore Artistic Overpass - nobody said roadways had to be drab |

Checking out your old emulator pages made me check for updates and I did a build of Stella v2.2 on the weekend |

| I tried it with Medieval Mayhem, an Atari 2600 game I'm writing, and got really weird performance - Stella/2 2.2 would speed up and slow down. Does the game work OK on your system(you'll need to set the controls to paddles)? If so then that tells me the performence problem I see with my emulators and Stella/2 2.2 is most likely with Parallels. |
