1. How to schedule to run a batch file? |

| How do i schedule to run a batch file at a certain time on my OS2 LAN server? Help very much appreciated. Thank you in advanc. |

| You would need an utility to handle that. I'm using pmCron for OS2 and it works really great. But there are some other Cron jobb utilities available at Hobbes. |

How about using the good old AT command. Go to an OS/2 command prompt and write: AT ?It requires that the server service is started and that there is logged in to the server. |

I always use rSched to schedule something; it's one of the most reliable text-based utilities, doesn't ask much resources, andit's very powerfull. Many settings you can ajust! You can download via Hobbes. |

| Hi, v sorry to trouble again....but i'm trying to run this line everyday at a certain time.....but i dun noe how to put it in the command of the schedule program that i downloaded. the line in NT is copy d:\fer\fbrcode.bcd d:\fer\fbrcode.dat exit I'm a serious total newbie to OS2...PLS HELP!......Thank you v much. |
