| Anyone hear when eCS 2.0 will be out? I am dieing to buy it. I'm not much into beta so holding off on beta 2 for the real thing. So if anyone has heard anything or a link to some type of timeline that would rock. Thanks. |

Unlike the newer versions of Win, I look forward to the newer versions of eComStation.

| A confession: "I cheated" by upgrading eCS 1.0 to eCS 1.2 six months ago with a built-in upgrade to eCS 2.0. I'm grateful to know that it remains good business, and that we all can benefit from the enhanced OS/2 kernel plus open-source enhancements. |

Trouble updating netscape? wow.. I'm assuming you're talking about firefox/seamonkey and the only problems you could have is not having the correct runtimes installed for them, or leaving an old profile on your system. OS2MT does a great job of updating firefox/seamonkey/thunderbird without losing profiles between versions |

| Well I posted this 23 Jun, 2006 and eCS 2.0 has been in beta 3 for awhile. From things I had read it was supposed to be able to buy at the end of 2006. Anyone here a date this might come out yet. I'm not complaining, actually, I am still very excited about it the more I read (SMP!) Anyways, I was searching the web and found nothing to show me dates or how things were going. Any news is good news! |
