I creaed Icons on the desktop for them. I started them from the command line box. Now there is a problem loading the needed code segment. action: If you purchase the program, contact the developer of the program. If you are the developer of the program, refer to the informaton in the register. I hope this helps. Any help would be appreciated. | I read it. I tried the command line but it still does not start. I click on the icon and nothing happens. I tried putting the command line in the properties of the icon but it did not make a difference. Should I un-install the IBM Browser to get Mozilla/FireFox/Thunderbird to work?

| The reason for this error is normally one of: - Another version of a Mozilla product is running. That's what the other thread is about. Stop the other one and try again. And, just in case, use Top, PSPM/2 or similar to make sure it has stopped. - Another version of XPCOM.DLL in the LIBPATH. Older versions of IBM Web Browser added themselves to the LIBPATH (and possibly the PATH). This would cause Firefox and the others problems when starting. The best fix is to take the IWB directory out of the LIBPATH as it is not really needed. - Installing over an old version. If you unzip Firefox over an old version, you will have problems. You should delete all the files in the directory before putting the new one in. The same goes for Thunderbird and the zip version of Mozilla. The installer version on Mozilla can be installed over a previous installer version of Mozilla, but, not over the zip version. If the above doesn't help, have a careful read of http://www.os2bbs.com/os2news/Warpzilla.html. If the answer to your problem is not there, I'll be very surprised.

| I removed the WIB lines from the config.sys. I rebooted the computer. Mozilla started. I will be trying Firefox and Thunderbird next. Thanks for the help. It is appreciated.

I tried Firefox and Thunderbird. They both work.
