Hello. I am aware that eCS v1.1 has a hard disk minimum size requirement of 500MB. Is it possible to make eCS bypass this requirement and install onto a 420MB hard drive? I know hard drives are cheap nowadays but money is better spent on house loan repayment and food. Best regards

Hi, From what I can tell, eCS should install without any problems. The eCS 1.2 installer indicates that it needs a minimum of a 250 MB hard disk to install, but recommends 750 MB or larger. As for eCS 1.1, I don't have it so I can't comment on it.

Hmm...Why would eCS v1.2 require a smaller hard disk space to install? Anyway thank you for your inputs. I will take note. Best regards
