| I downloaded Internet Adventurer from http://www.bmtmicro.com (actually it was from their cd-rom compilation). It is a suite for the internet (browsers, e-mail, newsgroup, ftp, etc). Has anyone used it before? What are your opinions on it? Is it worth $40? |

I tried it for awhile. It was a little confusing. There seems to be too much on the screen. It had alot of nice features - maybe too many since it showed alot of them at once. It was not easy to use (intuitively). The icons (some of them) were confusing. It has a choice of using their browser (which seems a little outdated) and the Netscape browser (which worked better). It was a whole suite of software and not just a browser or e-mail software. It has irc and newsgroup reader with other software. If your looking for just a browser and/or e-mail software, it isn't for you. If you like one software that seeming 'does it all', this might be for you (first try the shareware version before buying it).
OS/2 Warp-ed to the very end.
