I tried to build an OS/2 version of xmbmon, but first i have to learn to use gcc & makefiles, so no success so far
IF ANYONE WITH SOME MORE C-SKILL WANT TO TRY IT WOULD BE GREAT!
xmbmon (->http://freshmeat.net/projects/xmbmon/) is an *nix HW-monitor, supporting recent CPU's & chipsets. It has its OWN smb-driver and porting (in theory) should be quite strait foreward since it talks via OUTB () to the hardware Replacing this with calls to XF86SUP.SYS (and init this) should be all to. There is even a standard VIO-prog to display the results.
I have no real working GCC installation. IS THERE SOMEONE OUT (perfectly having done some XFREE-ports) WHO CAN TRY TO COMPILE XMBMON???
