No I don't have a saved copy. It seemd to have 'gone away' rather quickly (makes one wonder if a certain company did want it read).

has been humbled by the latest flurry of worms and viruses. This week, a
report from a computer industry group critical of Microsoft offered a
different perspective: Its authors suggest that Microsoft be forced to
support multiple platforms and publish interface specifications to major
functional components. Is the Windows platform a threat to national
