Mostly because the entire thread kind of morphed into something larger after I started it. XWP ships with desktop bootlogos, and one of those is a Penguin with the OS/2 Warp logo in the belly (basically co-opting the linux penguin). I edited it and changed it to eCS instead of Warp and put it up to see if anyone else had created any of these desktop bootlogo's. It then kind of morphed into a thread on mascot's... largely from the same type of messages at the beginning of this thread as this one  Andy |

With 359 votes so far, the elephant is still ahead. Can one animal/mascot represent more than one group? Perhaps if it was drawn differently than the other one(s)?
