For StarOffice 5.1a, you can find it (and the update/patch) on Hobbes at:http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/cgi-bin/h-browse?sh=1&dir=//pub/os2/apps/suite
And yes, it does run under Warp 3, although I believe it needs a recent fixpak (I last ran it on Warp 3 with FP40)
For the kicker disks for the CD install, they are in:
x:\diskimgs\os2\35\disk1_cd.dsk
x:\diskimgs\os2\35\disk2.dsk
x:\diskimgs\os2\35\disk0.dsk
where x: is your CD rom drive.
These 3 images are straight 1.44 floppy images, so if loaddskf doesn't work, any utility which can create floppies from images should be okay.
Also, once you create these disks, you'll probably need to update them with at least the latest ibm1s506.add (or danis506.add) driver. How to do this has been covered in several posts on OS2world.com in the past - do a search in this forum for "updating installation disks" or something like that and you should be able to find the information.
*or*
You can try the updated installation disks that IBM has put out for Thinkpads. They usually work fairly well with other systems too. Grab it from:
