After many hours of scouring google for some good info about OS/2 warp's memory management (system and virtual) and protection/security, I have come up with nothing.

I was hoping some members on this forum knew of any good links that have an in depth look into how OS/2 impliments those two features.

In case you are wondering, I'm writing a paper for an Operating Systems course, but I'm having a very hard time location any good, in depth info. I've found some good stuff on file systems and process management, but I need the other topics as well.

If you don't know of any good links or sorces, but at least have some clue about OS/2's memory management/protection, I'd greatly appreciate your thoughts.

That's because only a limited part of the worlds knowledege has made it to the internet, try "the design of OS/2" by Deitel et al.

http://www.accu.org/bookreviews/public/reviews/d/d000461.htm

availble from most libraries either from stock or by order, later book by same authors on OS's in general also has pertinent info in addition to having info on other systems, this covers version 2 and is hopelessly outdated as such but the basics are the same, it's also very well written in coparishion to most CS books and one of the authors is the lead designer of OS/2 v.2
