| I'd like to use my D-Link ethernet modem with OS/2 Warp 4. I installed FP15, the drivers for my Via Rhine II (VT6102), but TCPIP and MPTS have to be updated separately. And this is one problem: can anyone tell me where to find info on the order in which the TCPIP and MPTS fixes have to be applied? The other problem is that with OS/2 as it is I can't seem to set up my ADSL connection. This is what I read from the DHCP client: initialized interface lan0 Then it keeps switching to RENEWING, REBINDING and BOUND state forever. 192.168.1.1 is the address of the modem that contains the DHCP server, while 82.58.150.229 is my dynamic IP address. I only need to get OS/2's DHCP client and the DHCP server in the modem to work together to start browsing, right? |
