| Hi, I am trying to figure out if there is a way to print to a file using a specific printer driver and then get pdf documents in OS/2. Does anyone know if it's possible? Cheers, |

| There are 3 options available. 1a) Create a New printer as e.g. Apple Color LaserWriter 12/600 and the Postscript driver (PSCRIPT.DRV)., print and ... 2) Install PMPDF from Netlabs, print and you'll recieve a .pdf-file 3) Install ePDF and the HiRes Postscript driver (PSCRIPT.DRV) that's capable of 1200DPI resolution, print pdf-file. Solution 2 and 3 should be preffered. Mvh / Wkr / MfG

| IIRC - there are a few programs that convert files from and to .pdf at http://hobbes.nmsu.edu (ie; from text to pdf or from html to pdf or pdf to html, etc).

Doesn't Poor Mans PDF use the GhostView engine for the conversion, thus the only difference between 1 and 2 being automatisation ? Live long and prosper... |
