| I still like the old Opera 5 for OS/2 and use it frequently, although it is starting to become more difficult to use because a lot of pages don't load properly on it and so I have to use a combination of Opera and Firefox / Mozilla. I'd love to see an updated Opera port, but I too doubt it will happen. Might run under Odin, as the original port was compiled using the Odin DLL's and calls. |

The last time I checked, Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operating system and since Windows isn't free, nor is IE. Then again, if you use Windows, you get what you deserve... |

Well, there is also http://os2.tucows.com/preview/4842.html Internet Explorer for Windows 3.1, which is a free download. It could be said that since Win3.1 wasn't originally envisioned to have internet access, that this browser is "free"... but that's all just technicalities... |

There is no free opera for OS2 /eCS, thats the point. The old OS2 version is buggy, crashes a lot and is not free at all. Chris. |
