"Does eComStation have a nonproprietary driver strategy? Drivers are the
main issue with operating systems other than Windows and Linux that are
targeted to x86 platforms, as there are mind-numbingly many devices that
may be encountered, each with its special needs. That said, any PC operating system should work on the Tiqit when using
"generic PC" video and audio drivers.
In order to utilize the full acceleration capabilities of National
Semiconductor's SC2200's built-in graphics hardware, a driver tailored to
this chip will be needed. Drivers based on the Cyrix MediaGX coprocessor
stand the best chance here.

The above is a reply from the people who make the TIQIT handheld computer. It is neat that they say it is possible. With the first part being a question, I directed them to the eComStation site.
OS/2 Warp-ed to the very end.
