| I like, and use, the screensaver module you created called Show Image, but I'm curious to know if it could be changed a bit. I used to use Blanker (before moving up to eCS), and it allowed me to put pix into a particular directory and it would randomly display them. It would be great if Show Image had an option to show multiple pix instead of just one. Maybe in the settings add a checkbox for multiple pix and then, if the box is checked, ask for a folder name instead of an individual file. I have no clue whether this is feasible or not, but it'd sure be nice... |

In fact, a couple of people have requested that and I have started to implement a separate module called "Slide Show". Problem is, it's kind of instable, at least on my system. I will package my latest version and attach it to a message in this thread in the next days. If it works for you, great, if not, don't blame me for WPS hangs! Regards, Robert |

Are you still using MMOS2 to load the pictures ? I's suggest to switch to something else (like the GBM library found on Hobbes) for that purpose. |

Kinda thought that maybe I wasn't the only one who'd like to show multiple pix Hope you can get it worked out, I'd be willing to give it a shot on my system to see how it does. Would prefer without the hangs though...<BG> |

Yes, still using MMOS2 and that does definitely contribute to the problem! Really, the whole SlideShow module was a "quick hack" based on the source of the ShowImage module.Robert |

| I have not forgotten, but trying to package the module I found that I had certain assumptions on the system that are probably not true for other people resulting in a crash of the module. (and potentially the WPS) I will look into this. Robert |
