Star Trek magazine has an agreement with Earthlink to provide a isp service that allows people to have an internet e-mail address that ends with @startrek.net . It would be neat if Serenity Systems (or someone else) could have an agreement with Earthlink that has an e-mail address that ends with @os2warp.net (just thinkout loud and hoping. ).

I am presently thinking of just such a thing, but of course as with any business it will have to, at least, break even. I am trying to see if there is enough market to warrant it.
At present, it would look something like this:
It would be a dialup account that has local number in most areas of the USA and some in Canada.
The monthly fee would be approximately $14.95, that would include, unlimited dialup, 2 email addresses, 10 megs of web page space. Additional email addresses $2 USD and additional logons added to the same billing at $10.95 per month. The domain name would have something identifiable like your suggestion (joe@os2user.net) or whatever I can get.
I need to see what interest there is.
Please email jimc@os2world.com anyone who is interested, it will help me gauge the level of interest.
I would also appreciate any suggestions on this subject anyone might have.
Thanks, Jim

Has this Japanese student done anything with it or is the student hoping to make money off it?

I know he loves OS/2.
However he doesn't have any good OS/2 stuff on the www.os2warp.net
and the server is down 3 or more days per week.
