| The LS-120 drive I used to back up Warp files a few years back is not cooperating. I haven't used it in a while and I can't figure out why it won't work now. I checked it on a Win xp machine and it's fine there but eCS 1.2 doesn't see it. Here are some of the statements in config.sys that I've been looking at. This is an external parallel drive. BASEDEV=IBM1FLPY.ADD /A:0 /FORCE:2 /U:0 /F:1.44MB /U:1 /F:1.44MB BASEDEV=DANIS506.ADD BASEDEV=DANIATAP.FLT /RSJ /A:1 /U:0 /TYPE:WL /V REM BASEDEV=RSJIDECD.FLT BASEDEV=OS2DASD.DMD /LF BASEDEV=OS2ASPI.DMD /SHARE /ALL |

Hi WarpOMatic, I'm kind of surprised... did you really had a kind of OS/2 driver for that parallel port model? AFAIK, there were no OS/2 drivers for these devices, except some SyQuest drivers... did you only attach the device or did you install some kind of driver in eCS? Are you using something different than print01.sys? Maybe you require some kind of "bidirectional printer driver" or similar stuff... ? Greetings |

| I think you are right. It was a memory problem.... mine. My 120 mb disk labels show several OS/2 files but maybe they got there through Win 98. |
