| Hi, I've got a copy of Neon3D that I've just recently reinstalled after moving. Unfortunately, I've lost my dongle. I was wondering if anyone knew of a workaround to run it without the dongle or where I can find a replacement. I still have the original copies of the software, and the movie reel (and perhaps even the movie reel case )it came in, but its kinda useless to me right now. Thanks for any advice... - Rob

| Hi, That's the program I'm talking about... The dongle connects to an available parallel port and looks like a port pin # converter (ie: 9pin to 25pin serial adapter), except it's 25 pin male on the computer side, and 25 pin female on the other side and about 2" long from side to side (it works as a pass-thru for any printer data, but via the security dll that comes with Neon3D, it also answers "Proof of Registration" queries when Neon3D is started). Thanks for anything you may find out... - Robert |

| Well, anyone who has a copy of this and can either post the dongle's manufacturer info or wants to sell it, please let me know... It's a beautiful package even if a little "antiquated" for things like human modelling/animation, but is still greatly suited for walk-through animation for solid objects like houses or porches and decks we design. Thanks in advance, |
