I have posted 'Have you tried the ... forum at .." at different OS/2 discussion groups at groups.yahoo.com but had little or no response to them. I go back and check on them again (each with another post saying how this forum differs from Yahoo). I am hoping some would at least try the forums here.

| Well as Christian mentioned there is a lot of forums available. Also of course there is Usenet, but for newbies I doubt they would use Usenet for scanning through news area there. Well, and regarding offline and online time using web based system. Well, using pmINews as I do I usually browse the headers and read the mail body when something is of interest. This means that either I have to be online for whole time or I have to download both the headlines and the body. So think there isn't that much difference there in cost. /Kim |

There are a vast number/variety of subjects covered at Groups.Yahoo.com and one can always add another group. There is probably just as many other groups (besides Yahoo)that cover quite a range of subjects/things. I think this is one of the better groups (especially for OS/2 users).
