I was playing around with my backgrounds and thought this came out kinda nice.

There are 3 background images. One for the eCS desktop, one for the Windows 2000 desktop and one to make it seem that the virtual dektops in Control Center are transparent.

Hi Mandy

Hmmm... I think someone has left the kiddie gate open.

"Fake transparency (read 15614 times)"

OK. This is a little weird. What is up with that? I think there is some kind of spooky sh*t going on here. It looks like it is a treasure hunt through the 'net ... akin to freaking phone networks in the old days.

Nice desktop graphic. I like the OD. What version of eCS are you running? Also, which version of OD is that? TIA.

That's eCS 1.2 and Object Desktop 2.0.

I'm also using my Noia Icon Theme and Windows XP Window Theme, both available on Hobbes and ecomstation.org.

I am surprised you use OD 2.0 - it was rather buggy and not very stable.

Sorry you have trouble with OD 2.0...I use it at all times and have never had a problem (eCS 1.2)

Having been an owner of Object Desktop 1 and 1.5 Pro I was able to get in on the beta of OD 2.0.

I never did buy the final version of it because of the issue with bugs.

The beta version that I have, (never timed out), is incomplete lacking the date on the clock and a few other things.

Now that some time has passed I'm regretting not having bought it.

Does anyone have any idea how one obtains a finalized copy of OD 2.0? Is Stardock still selling eCS/OS2 software?
