| Hi, I'm having trouble with Mozilla and any Mozilla window or menu. It seems to be mis-calculating font/menu sizes and either cropping the mouseover pop-ups, or shortening the menus (initial display is fine for about 1 second and then it horizintally shrinks the menu and adds ellipses (...) to the menu item. Note the drop down in the image and the bookmarks toolbar... tab display works fine. Preferences display pops up a window about 80x100 pixels that is useless due to its size and inability to resize the window. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. This occurs in both IBM Web Browser included with WSeB and with the latest 3 builds of Mozilla to date. Thanks, |

| Robert, Sorry, I should know the answer to this, but, it escapes me at the moment. But... The common suggestion in this situation is to try a new profile. If it is OK with the new profile, it demonstrates that something in the original profile is broken. If it isn't OK, then the problem is in your Mozilla installation. Of course, a common fix for display issues in Mozilla is to delete the file xul.mfl from your profile directory. This will get rebuilt the next time you start Mozilla.

| Thanks, though no luck so far... is there a default font that Mozilla absolutely must have to draw its menus properly? Perhaps I've swapped it out with a truetype version or something that Mozilla doesnt like... Thanks, |
