"IBM Countersues SCO Group
It alleges that SCO violated the GNU General Public License under
which it accepted Linux contributions and that it doesn't have
the right to revoke IBM's Unix license.

I read about it too (from an e-newsletter that I receive). They are not the only ones suing SCO.

"Red Hat CEO: Deception and rumor must end

This week Red Hat went on the offensive, filing a suit against SCO in
hopes to quelling the uncertainty that CIO"s are feeling about their
legal protections related to Linux. Notwithstanding the SCO issue, Red
Hat is setting the stage for a showdown between open
source and proprietary software philosophies. Szulik discussed his
plans for Red Hat and the legal tangle in his Face to Face
interview with me.

In a news report, IBM lost two licences with SCO. I hope IBM doesn't back down or drop their lawsuit because of this.

I sent an e-mail to IBM saying I hope they win their lawsuit against SCO.
