I still use the venerable old Sound Blaster Pro/16, ISA style.

My motherboard (FIC 503+) lets me put the system into a low power, standby mode, which I like to use. OS/2 doesn't seem to mind a bit, but the sound blaster card does not "wake up" along with the system, and so I cannot play MP3s or CDs without rebooting.

I know its an old card, but I figured to ask if anyone knows of, has ever heard of, or can point out a resource, that would allow me to keep using the SB card and the standby mode on the computer?
