The newer versions of Mozilla require users to download some DLLs from another source. Why don't these files come with Mozilla?

Mozilla builds are compiled with GCC, begining with version 1.5a to the present. There is a licensing issue that currently prevents IBM from including the 2 DLL's with Mozilla. For more info, look at the Mozilla OS/2 newsgroup, or Google it here:

IIRC - if one downloads the OS/2-eCS version of Mozilla at http://www.mozilla.org , isn't the other required downloads there too?
