Hi, I an building a new (newer) system with an assortment of OS's Multiboot (OS2 V452, eCS 1.2 or 2.0, Linux RH EL3/4, and Win98.) cs_144_12-15-2005 (service program) usbbasic_1-13-2006 (USB Base support) OS2_Browser_205 (WEB Browser V2.05) Optional replacements I plan to use: This list does not include the optional support for usb ethernet and other misc support Are there any other updates I missed? IBM Peer or network updates? Some that are not needed? Where are the latest kernels? (I am using an AMD XP Processor) Thank you,

Hi Bart well, seems you want to build your own Convenience Pack 3 The list seems very current with me. if I dont get it wrong you are missing only an apar that was released and I think its only available for eCs customers. Its the APAR pj31116. And I'm not sure if xr_f001 is necesary since the APARS list of Fixpack 5 cover them. Martin

Seems that that IP08608 is missing on your list. It contains this APARS: I havent found this APARS included in any other fixpack.

I'm not sure what kernel level that FP5 brings MCP2 up to, however kernels can be downloaded from: http://www.os2site.com/sw/upgrades/kernel/index.html Generally people have had the best luck with builds 14.103a or 14.104a

Thanks for the input. I missed the IP08608. The title implied it was just for the server version but reading on it does seem to include CP2. I also downloaded the kernel files and I have put them on my todo list. More when I get time. Thanks,
