That article is like a year and a half old and relates to a shortage of parts when MCP2 first came out - it has no relevance today...

Pooh, its a really hard and chaotic job to create and distribute a (set of) CD-ROM once a year !!

It's very much easier to e-cash online for SWC but support, as experienced, is quite ugly till nowhere !!!
