Hi
I have installed warp4/norwegian version on a IBM thinkpad 390E.
during the boot there coms the messages.

(translated from norwegian)
SYS1201:the controlprogram C:\os2\boot\ltdmos2.sys in device mentioned on line 3 in config .sys was not correctly installed.
line 3 disregarded
Press enter to continue.

I am getting the same message 3 times , but for different
programs/ lines

1st is the one above
2nd is COM.SYS at line 80
3rd is VCOM.SYS at line 117

what could bee the reason

You must go into the system's bios and set the lucent winmodem (the driver that is failing) to legacy mode (or assign it an irq in other words) this will allow the modem driver to load and consequently the serial drivers. This is a non-critical error by the way which just means a driver failed to load for any reason. However you should also download the newest lucent driver if you plan on using the modem due to the fact the older lt driver doesn't allow for 56k speeds.
