We are having problems printing from our OS/2 Warp server 4 (fp 35) to a new HP LaserJet 4300dtn being tested in the lab (to replace lexmark 1855's on our enterprise). Symptoms are garbage characters (4 or 5 on the top of a page that is otherwise blank) with an extra page (IP information, host info, etc) in addition to the regular print job that contains some mis-aligned text (which basically results in text overlapping other text). While these issues are basically cosmetic in nature, we are trying to stay with OS/2 if at all possible ![]() Jobs print fine to the lexmark 1855's - we are using the latest versions of the driver (version 30.800). Thanks for any help which can be offered. |
