I'm being given a 1Ghz Via C3 processor and I'd like to build myself a personal OS/2 machine (I'll either be running Warp 4.52 or WSeB on it). I looked up a bit about the chip at Via's website last night, but I have no clue what motherboard would be suitable for it and OS/2.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks,
Sean

Of course, after I type this, I find the "recommended motherboards" link on their website (http://www.via.com.tw/en/products/processors/c3/boardlist.jsp).

I'm still not sure which is which though for me.

IMHO any MSI or ASUS board with Intel chipset (like the 810E/815) will do the job, use SNAP Personal Edition for graphics (http://my.scitechsoft.com, free registration) and UNIAUD for audio, the MSI 6337 is a good option starting at USD$ 25 in http://shopping.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=At6R5Y0qT9M5pRzfoGjhwzTPHLUF;_ylu=X3oDMTBtNTA5a3RqBF9zAzE0NDg5MTE1BHNlYwNzZWFyY2g-?p=6337&did=57

Good Luck.
